Consider that to reach the highest waterfall in the Park, it is necessary to walk a slope of approximately 80º for 1 kilometer.

Redemption information
The customer must be ready at the right place (day, date and hour); Otherwise the driver will continue its route and there will not be any kind of reimbursements.
The customer has basic travel insurance. If the client realizes activities like rafting, kayaking, rappelling or any expedition (Miramar-Piedras Negras), the customer has additional adventure insurance.
The collective tours have a waiting time of 30 minutes after the appointed hour.

In the visit to indigenous peoples (Chamula and Zinacantan), is totally FORBIDDEN to take pictures inside the church, otherwise it is the responsibility and risk of the customer.
In case of any accident during the fluvial transportation by the Sumidero Canyon or Usumacinta River (Yaxchilan), the company is not responsible for any medical expenses u others. The fluvial transportation is independent of the Tour Operator.
