At the end of the visit to the park, we will stop at a well-known dairy in the area that has been producing buffalo mozzarella from Campania for generations and certified as an organic farm. Here we will discover the mozzarella processing methods, which take place entirely by hand, in full respect of scrupulous hygiene, exclusively with farm milk, where there is the only store. then we will stop at this estate for lunch, it will be a way to taste the farm products accompanied by simple dishes prepared with vegetables from the garden grown at the entrance of the tasting room.
