Grand Circle tour of the island

Viator messed up!
Received a call on Monday from the actual tour company that the pick up location had changed for our friday tour. So friday we got to new pick up location, lots of other tour buses came and went, nobody had our name. After being there an hour, I reached out to viator, they said it was their fault for not confirming our reservation and had to cancel our tour. I was given a refund, but still disappointing. This was on viator not the tour company.
