Bad experience
I had a very bad experience with this tour agency. We booked a Road to Hana tour, and the guide we were assigned to, Elizabeth, was extremely rude and unprofessional. After picking us up from our hotel, while she was driving to pick up the other guests, she appeared to be unsure of the pickup location and was driving very aggressively, repeatedly accelerating and braking abruptly. About 50 km after picking us up from our hotel, she told us that she was sending us with someone else because she was the driver and that was her decision, even though there were still 4 empty seats in the minibus. We asked her for an explanation, but the only response we received was: “You have bad vibes.” She refused to introduce herself and refused to clarify the situation or explain why we were being transferred to another guide. The entire situation was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional, especially considering that we had booked and paid for a full-day tour and had done nothing to justify this kind of treatment.
Great experience
A long day, but totally worth the time for sure. The lunch was good, our guide Ed was funny and full of information and the stops were gorgeous.

Don't try this on your own. Reserve a tour so you can relax and enjoy the view Plan for rain and hope for sunshine. We enjoyed both.

Great Experience on the Road to Hana
Overall this was an enjoyable experience and met our expectations. We enjoyed the waterfall swimming and black sand beach a lot! Our guide Marc was also very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. We only wish we had more time at the beach and that lunch could have been a separate stop instead of combined with the beach. Also, we didn't realize that the start time can vary based on where your pickup location is - that isn't clearly stated.
