- We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
- Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
- The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.
- All weekend and Japanese public holiday tours will depart only from Shinjuku at 7:30 to avoid the traffic congestion.

Head or Tails - toss up - House always wins.
Went up to Mt Fuji 5th station just to the Souvenir store to spent more money & back, did not see the Mt. at all. Lunch was crappy. Hakone Ropeway was cancelled due to lack of time?? Lake Ashi Cruise was announced cancelled due to time & not weather related, Bullet Train was ok. The whole tour was a toss up - head or tails, don't know who wins. Humbly request for a refund. The trip was a total failure. not sure what's the best time to visit. Oregon Mt Hood is way better than this adventure.

Great tour with a great guide
A wonderful day made possible by our great guide Mizuho San. We saw breathtaking views of Mt Fuji and had scenic rides in the cable car in Hakone and Pirate ship across Lake Ashi. Mizuho explained the history behind the sites making the experience immersive and guided us smoothly so we didn’t miss anything. Highly recommend this tour
