- *If you are planning to take the Shinkansen (bullet train) after the tour, please purchase your ticket after the tour on the day, or book a Shinkansen ticket after 6:30pm.
- *From February 16 to 21, 2026, the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum will be closed due to exhibit replacement. During this period, we will visit an alternative site, the Hiroshima National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims. Please note that no refunds will be issued due to this change.
- *If the tour group is unable to enter the museum due to admission restrictions or other reasons, they may visit an alternative location instead.

Education balanced with beauty
Great locations, great guide, great trip
This was a great experience! The first part of the trip was in Hiroshima and the museum was very emotional, beautiful and respectfully portrayed. Our tourguide Rino explained every monument very well, which gave much more knowledge and feeling of Hiroshima. The second part of our trip was to Miyajima and this island did not disappoint! The view, the feeling and the temples are definitely worth seeing. We went to the beach with a matcha and an icecream which was really relaxing next to busy Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Our tourguide Rino was really sweet, came with much knowledge, recommendations and lots of smiles. Can definitely recommend doing this day trip!
A great day with Rino as our guide
We booked this trip to experience Hiroshima Memorial Park and Museum, and visit Miyajima Island. Hiroshima Memorial Park and Museum were a powerful and emotional experience. The museum was a bit crowded but that was to be expected. The exhibition was impactful and eye-opening. Miyajima Island was beautiful with a lot of small shops, cafes and deers. The tempels were stunning and there was great opportunities to get great photos. The lemon drinks were great! Our tourguide Rino was fantastic! She was fun, interesting and smiling the whole trip. She gave us great recommendations both for the tour but also for our remaining stay in Japan. And one last thing - buy the tour with the lunch. It was both a timesaver and a tasteful meal.
Nice tour of Hiroshima and Miyajima!
We had a great day in Hiroshima and Miyajima. Rino was a fantastic guide, enthusiastic and she guided us throughout the day explaining all the important places and the culture. The historical museum and the memorial gave us really a lot to reflect on about the atrocities of war. On the contrary the beauty and the fun in Miyajima lightened the mood and we experienced awesome sights and food. Recommended!
