- • All tours leave from the loading area outside of The View Hotel building. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time for loading. Our guide will be waiting for you in front of the hotel at the LOADING AREA, approximately 50 yards west of the entrance. We depart strictly on the hour, so please be punctual. Unique experience
Fantastic experience at Monument Valley. Our driver Levander took us to discover beautiful places that would otherwise be inaccessible. He told us about his history and let us go inside one of their homes. It was undoubtedly the experience that made our visit to Monument Valley unique, enriching it with enormous value. Absolutely recommended for seeing both the most famous spots and the other fabulous places that you will only see when accompanied by local Navajos.
Discovery of Monument Valley at sunset
Special mention for our guide (Levander), who is passionate about photography and has an incredible knowledge of the site. We appreciated his way of helping us discover this exceptional site through anecdotes, jokes, beliefs, and traditions. Without a guide, it will be impossible for you to take the trails to see the best spots. To be added to the activity, the park entrance ticket ($10/person) to be purchased online or on-site. And if you are coming from far away like us, watch out for jet lag 😉
Navajo Journey with Derek the Guide
Derek our tour guide was great! Spent almost 3 hours taking us around the dirt back roads of the Navajo Rez , we started before sunrise and got to watch the sun come up at the desert as a back drop to the beautiful Navajo mountains. Derek explained many things weaving storytelling in between and singing. A memorable experience and thanks to Derek.
Once in a life-time sunset guided tour with Derick
We had the most amazing, inspiring and meaningful experience with Dineh Bekeyah Tours. The organization is really good and thanks to Derick Holiday the guided tour was an immersion into the culture of the Dineh people, which was exactly what we had came here for. We were not looking for a tourist Bird Eye view of MV but for an encounter with this sacred land and its people.. Thanks Derick for sharing part of your culture, story, the wisdom of your people and much more with us. We will never forget this experience and you as a person. Merci !
Breathtaking!
Where do I begin... first of all I would like to say a big thank you to Ty our tour guide who made our experience even more memorable and special. He gave us the history of the Valley, local natives and even sang a song for us which was a beautiful moment. He's a huge credit to the company. We did the sunrise tour and if you're debating sunrise or sunset, the sunrise is a no brainer. So peaceful, and the view of the valley is beyond comprehension. 3 hours was as a perfect time to see the main attractions of the valley, whilst stopping at the local valley shops too. Overall me and my partner loved the experience and has been the best one since starting our road trip im America. Thank you to all involved!
