Milan Sunset Boat Tour with Aperitivo

Hmmm. I feel bad but unless you’re really looking for something to do this probably isn’t worth it. The views are nice for the first and last few mins (because you go up and turn around and come back same way) but the rest of it (the majority) is through an area with nothing to see.

Short boat ride. Drinks and snacks were nice. But you’re not allowed to have fun. Several different groups were laughing and cheering down the canal and the driver kept telling them all to be quiet. If you want to have fun, do not go on this tour. Do not recommend

Not Recommended: Drinks and fingerfood on a Boat on the Navigli in Milan I visited Milan with two friends for a short 48-hour trip and booked this tour hoping it would be a highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The first issue arose when I selected a 17:20 departure, but the tickets I received were for 16:10. As we were flying into Milan the same day, I contacted the company as soon as I noticed the error and before the departure time had passed. I explained the situation and asked whether we could be moved to a later sailing. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and advised us simply to turn up at the pier, offering no assistance or reassurance. Concerned that we would miss the tour, we purchased additional tickets for the 19:40 departure at another cost of €99. We then paid for a taxi to ensure we arrived on time, only to find that there was no boat at the pier and no other passengers waiting to board. We attempted to contact the company several times, but our calls were repeatedly disconnected. Eventually, a member of staff informed us that the tour had been cancelled and that a refund would be issued. After spending additional money and time trying to make the tour work, this was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, when I later followed up regarding both the refund and a formal complaint, my concerns were dismissed and the customer service remained unsatisfactory. Overall, this experience was poor value for money and caused unnecessary stress during a very short trip. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Milan is easy to explore on foot and via public transport, which proved to be a far more reliable option than this service.

At the risk of upsetting the grumpy ones, we had a good time during this cruise. It allowed us to take a little break after a lot of walking. A small downside for the audio commentary via Wi-Fi.

Rather boring trip, just up the canal and back. Id advise not buying the optional apertivo. You have to buy the wine from the wine bar opposite which cost 14 euros each for a few nibbles and a small plastic glass of wine
