- Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers.
- This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
- The Changing of the Guard ceremony is dependent on good weather and does not take place every day. Should the ceremony take place during your tour, we will view it. On alternative days, we will view the Queen's Life Guard Change/Horse Guards Parade. Guard Change does not happen on Tuesdays.
- The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
- Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers.
- We ask that all guests (including children) bring ID on the day of their tour.
- All guests must pass through security.
- Sites on this tour are subject to occasional closures. If modifications are needed and time permits, we will reach out to you prior to your tour. For last-minute closures, modifications may be communicated at the tour start time.
- Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.

Cancellation Notes: Cancellations received greater than 24 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable. Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour commencement are nonrefundable. Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes. Late arrivals and no shows are nonrefundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after tour departure.

Can I take pictures inside Westminster Abbey?

Can I take pictures in the Tower of London?
You are welcome to take non-commercial photographs (without the use of flash) within most of the palace with the exception of the Jewel House, the Martin Tower, the Chapel of St. John (in the White Tower), inside the Chapel Royal of St. Peter ad Vincula and some temporary exhibitions. Some additional items or imagery may be prohibited from being photographed and this will be clearly signposted. Ask a member of staff if you are unsure. The use of tripods and selfie-sticks are prohibited.
Can I take a bag into Westminster Abbey or the Tower of London?
Yes, but only small bags are allowed. Kindly note, all bags are subject to a security check before admission and entrance.
