In our region of wine and gastronomy, the Aperitif is an unmissable event. The Drunch, contraction of lunch and dinner, is a gourmet tour where we alternate between the visit of Bordeaux’s historic center and the meeting with some actors of Bordeaux’s gastronomy. Our getaway will lead us to an exceptional selection of regional deli meats: Basque sausage, ham, cheeses with a butcher artisan. To respect the tradition, you will visit a wine lover who will share his passion during a tasting. During the season, you will taste the jewel of the Arcachon pond, farmed in a great inland sea, bordered with pine trees and rocked by the tides. Oyster and white wine, a must have tradition. Out of the season, you may get the answer to the question that is on your mind! Is the Clairet, a red or rosé wine? You will enjoy it with the famous « cannelé » version Miam. A surprising match, you will succumb without restraint. We promise you a cocktail of discoveries, meetings and surprises!

MIAM prepares gourmet outings, with small group of people, that pairs tourist discovery with the cuisine of Bordeaux. A selection of gourmet outings are planned at different times of the day for you to find one that suits you. Miam offers outings on demand for group of 5 persons minimum. « The enticement of your taste buds. » Come and awaken your taste buds gently. Let yourself be drawn in by the aromas of bread fresh out of the oven, and by golden croissants, hot chocolate, and coffee. « The Bordeaux Aperitif. » The Aperitif is the key moment of the day in the South West. We’ll visit wine and cuisine lovers who will share their passion with us at a tasting. « Historic buildings and cuisine» We’ll discover the history of one of the most beautiful cities in France through the cuisine of its inhabitants, while strolling the streets of the old part of town. Along the way, we’ll fill our shopping bag with goods selected by Miam, at the Marche des Capucins, which we’ll share together over lunch. « The outing on demand » is a custom-built outing that suits you, according your wishes, for special occasions.
