MIAM prepares gourmet outings, with small group of people, that pairs tourist discovery with the cuisine of Bordeaux. A selection of gourmet outings are planned at different times of the day for you to find one that suits you. Miam offers outings on demand for group of 5 persons minimum. « The enticement of your taste buds. » Come and awaken your taste buds gently. Let yourself be drawn in by the aromas of bread fresh out of the oven, and by golden croissants, hot chocolate, and coffee. « The Bordeaux Aperitif. » The Aperitif is the key moment of the day in the South West. We’ll visit wine and cuisine lovers who will share their passion with us at a tasting. « Historic buildings and cuisine» We’ll discover the history of one of the most beautiful cities in France through the cuisine of its inhabitants, while strolling the streets of the old part of town. Along the way, we’ll fill our shopping bag with goods selected by Miam, at the Marche des Capucins, which we’ll share together over lunch. « The outing on demand » is a custom-built outing that suits you, according your wishes, for special occasions.
