Shame on them
I was extremely disappointed in the lack of empathy and response from this operator I got very ill from food from my flight and contacted them three times upon arriving in Milan. Yes we were beyond the 24 cancelation by 3 hours but had no control over our situation. I contacted them 3 times during business hours with no response. I contacted Viator support and they told me the operator refused any refund , partial or full. It is disappointing that a senior gets sick from plane food and the company has no empathy or even the decency to even respond. I understand they have rules but things happen Shame on them

Trip should only have gone to Bellagio and Lake Como to give more time on each place. Scenery is beautiful. Our guide kind of went through the motions and hard to understand his English. Didn’t really give a full description of the areas

Few explanations about the trip: we were accompanied but not guided. We were dropped off in the center of the city (drop) then there was the meeting point for the next destination We could see that the guides from other companies gave more explanations and cared about their clients, while our guide cared about his schedule
