- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Group enters the museum at 9:00AM on the dot. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

- Photography, drinks and food are not allowed inside the museums.
- Please note that guests may only carry small handbags inside. Larger backpacks, umbrellas and sharp items, etc. must be left at the cloakroom. It is the responsibility of the guest to return to the entrance to collect these after the tour part.
