Summary

Meet at Leeward Marina or arrange for transportation from the Grace Bay area (additional fee). Upon arrival, meet your guide and get outfitted with a life jacket before hopping into a kayak to begin your half-day tour on the water. As you paddle through the mangrove channels, your guide points out a variety of marine wildlife; keep your eyes peeled for birds, juvenile turtles and sharks, rays, and iguanas. Before ending your tour back at the marina, there is time for a refreshing swim at a beautiful beach. This tour of the Turks and Caicos mangroves can take place only during high tide, so departure times vary as the tide moves throughout the day. On some days, high tide falls outside business hours and tours are not available.
