Start by meeting your guide in Marina Piccola in Sorrento, and together you will go to Ischia by jetfoil. As soon as you arrive you will be welcomed by a Sfogliatella, a delicious puff pastry crust filled with a creme of ricotta cheese and sugar. Then you will go to Ischia Ponte and admire at Ischia’s landmark, Aragonese Castle. Stop by a fruit stand and taste a delicious fresh squeezed juice. Next in an antique Salumeria you will try a Panino with Mortadella. Then going up Mount Epomeo you will go to Fontana and sip a delicious glass of local wine and try a plate of fresh pasta. Your last stop is Sant’Angelo, stroll around the tiny streets and enjoy some leisure time, before getting the jetfoil back to Sorrento.
