Things to know

Before you book

  • Must be age 8 or older to participate

  • Pregnant women cannot participate

  • Not wheelchair accessible

Before you go

  • Participants must bring their own ski boots

  • It is easy to tear snowpants on the crampons, so best to wear old snowpants

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult does not have to participate.

Cancellation Policy

    Change and Cancellation Policies Requests for Changes or Cancellations to an existing reservation that are time sensitive, must be made verbally to a member of The Tremblant Activity Centre staff during working hours. 1. Cancellations or changes to all reservations within 48 hours of the start date/time are non-refundable (unless otherwise specified) (14 days for camping, cabins, treehouses). No shows or late arrivals are non-refundable. 2. Cancellations or changes to all reservations made prior to 48 hours from the start date/time are subject to a 20% charge of the total reservation amount (unless otherwise specified) (not applicable for our camping, cabins, treehouses). 3. We reserve the right to cancel an activity without notice(even though we will always try to let you know you as soon as we cancel). This would normally be for, but is not limited to, safety and security reasons, climatic conditions, or equipment failure. In such cases an alternative date or full refund will be provided at your option.

Redemption information

    • Minimum 2 participants
    • Minimum age is 8 years old. 
    • For children under 12 years of age, a parent must remain present during the entire activity. The parent may choose not to participate in the activity. 
    • WHAT TO WEAR: Wear snow pants because you will be in contact with the ice face. Occasionally there is water on the ice. The use of gaiters or old snow pants is recommended since you wear crampons for ice climbing which can tear pant ankles if you are not careful. You need to bring your ownt alpine Ski boots. We provide un-insulated helmets. Tuques can be worn underneath. Please don't choose a tuque with a huge pom-pom.  It is recommended to bring sunglasses or goggles. Did we mention that YOU NEED TO BRING ALPINE SKI BOOTS? please!
