<h2><b>Dog Sled Tour: here is what to expect!</b></h2>
<p>Our Tremblant Dog Sledding Tour starts as soon as you are greeted at the kennel by our 30 excited dogs. For the first and last departures of the day, with help from our guides, you will participate in harnessing your team.</p>

<p>Before the departure, our guides will decide positions on the sleds : if you have a particular position request, please make it known to our guide when you arrive. Adults will be teamed up : there will be 1 driver and 1 or 2 passengers per sled. Adults will usually, but not always, drive their own dog sled with an adult passenger. Passengers and drivers from the same sled can switch places half way through the excursion. Children may be required to ride as passengers on the guides’ sleds or ride on parents' sled.</p>

<p>When the teams are ready, you’ll get a short security briefing and learn how to command the dogs. Then you’re off! You'll drive your sled through a field of valley trails, surrounded by a pine forest wand <b>stunning views of Mont-Tremblant</b>. The tour enters into the forest several times. We are on the trail for about 1 hour. At the end of the dog sled tour, there will be a grooming period with the dogs while giving treats. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served! You will have the chance to chat with the guides about the world of dog sledding.</p>

<li>Our base is 7 minutes from Tremblant Resort. We are situated less than a 2-hour drive from Montreal and Ottawa.</li>

<li>If you are doing dogsledding with friends or family, please make 1 reservation for the total amount of participants. This assures you will be placed together in sleds.</li> 
<li>For guests who choose to reserve in advance (recommended), directions to meeting points will be provided in your reservation by email. Otherwise, directions will be handed to you when you reserve at The Activity Centre.</li>

Cancellation Policy

    <b>CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES</b> Requests for Changes or Cancellations to an existing reservation that are time sensitive, must be made verbally to a member of The Tremblant Activity Centre staff during working hours. 1. Cancellations or changes to all reservations within 48 hours of the start date/time are non-refundable (unless otherwise specified) (14 days for camping, cabins, treehouses). No shows or late arrivals are non-refundable. 2. Cancellations or changes to all reservations made prior to 48 hours from the start date/time are subject to a 20% charge of the total reservation amount (unless otherwise specified) (not applicable for our camping, cabins, treehouses). 3. We reserve the right to cancel an activity without notice(even though we will always try to let you know as soon as we cancel). This would normally be for, but is not limited to, safety and security reasons, climatic conditions, or equipment failure. In such cases an alternative date or full refund will be provided at your option. Gift Certificates Gift-certificates and gift cards are non refundable. Our gift certificates for a specific dollar amount never expire. Our gift certificates for a specific activity are valid only for a period of 3 months since activity prices change from season to season. After three months, certificates for a specific activity are redeemable for the original amount paid, and a surplus may need to so that it matches the latest price.
