UTV You-Drive and X3 Experience reservations of 1-2 vehicles will receive a full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of tour departure time, less cancellation fee. UTV You-Drive and X3 Experience reservations of 3+ vehicles and all Moab Mega Buggy reservations will receive a full refund if cancelled at least 7 days in advance of tour departure time, less cancellation fee. Private UTV You-Drive reservations will receive a full refund if cancelled 14 days in advance of tour departure time, less cancellation fee. Cancellations within the above stated timelines are not refundable and payment in full will be charged to your credit card on reservation. Requests for rescheduling your reservation will be treated as a cancellation and new booking and subject to stated cancellation timelines. Requests to remove vehicles or downgrade from a 4 capacity vehicle to a 2 capacity vehicle will be treated as a cancellation and new booking and subject to cancellation timelines.
