  • 48 Hour Cancellation Policy does not apply to Custom or Group Tours.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are not refundable and payment in full will be charged to your credit card on reservation. Requests for rescheduling your reservation or reducing the number of vehicles or seats will be treated as a cancellation and new booking and subject to 48 hour cancellation policy.
  • Guests will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation for any reason.

UTV You-Drive and X3 Experience reservations of 3+ vehicles and all Moab Mega Buggy reservations will receive a full refund if cancelled at least 7 days in advance of tour departure time, less cancellation fee. Private UTV You-Drive reservations will receive a full refund if cancelled 14 days in advance of tour departure time, less cancellation fee. Cancellations within the above stated timelines are not refundable and payment in full will be charged to your credit card on reservation. Requests for rescheduling your reservation will be treated as a cancellation and new booking and subject to stated cancellation timelines. Requests to remove vehicles or downgrade from a 4 capacity vehicle to a 2 capacity vehicle will be treated as a cancellation and new booking and subject to cancellation timelines. Guests will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation for any reason.
