Cancellation notes
  • If you need to cancel your reservation and provide us 72 hours or more notice when doing so, you will receive a full refund. Any cancellations requested with less than 72 hours notice will not be refunded unless you added the Tour Ticket Insurance option for $2 per ticket during the check-out process. No-shows will be charged the full price unless they had taken out the tour insurance option.
  • In the event that you must cancel less than 72 hours prior to the tour date/start time, and did not have Tour Ticket Insurance, no refund will be provided.
  • Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
