24 hours or more prior to excursion date - date changes, subject to availability
Less than 48 hours prior to the tour date, as well as no-shows and late arrivals - Changes and/or refunds do not apply
Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling us toll-free from the US and Canada at 1-888-526-2238 or from Puerto Vallarta at (322) 226 8413. All changes are subject to availability.
