  • 1. Refunds and Exchanges for General Public bookings: Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. Once a tour has been booked and paid for, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations
  • 2. Weather Policy: Our ghost tours take place outdoors. Please come prepared for all weather conditions, as tours will proceed regardless of the forecast. Tours will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by our tour guides. In the event of extreme weather, participants will be notified of delays, cancellations or rescheduling options. We highly recommend dressing appropriately and bringing any necessary gear to ensure your comfort during the tour.
