However, if the rain is so strong that it creates conditions that your guide deems it unsafe, we will cancel the tour and you can reschedule or receive a refund.

  • At Costa Rica Waterfall Tours, we are committed to providing you with an extraordinary experience that we guarantee the quality of our service. We value the relationship we have with each guest and want it to be mutually rewarding and last a lifetime. While some companies will fill tours with as many as 50 people at a time we tend to limit our groups to about 16.
  • Below are the guidelines if you must cancel your adventure:
  • Cancel before 24 hours of pickup: No Refund
  • Travel Insurance
  • We strongly recommend purchasing full travel insurance to cover you for any cancellations, delays, medical bills, medical evacuation, loss/damage or theft of property, etc. If you choose not to get travel insurance Costa Rica Waterfall Tours will not be liable or responsible for any costs, problems or events that happen before, during or after your vacation. Some Travel Insurance is included on certain credit cards so it’s worth checking to see if you’re already covered by your credit card.

  • This is an all day quest geared toward adrenaline junkies but also for the more subdued. There are no jumps that are required, so if you are travelling with an adventurous spirit but just want to watch or swim, that is fine too. It starts with a drive South to the wild and rugged Osa area. We will trek to five different waterfalls in three locations, with each one getting bigger and more beautiful. You can observe the falls from dry land, swim in the pools, or climb up and jump right in! It is up to you to decide what you are up for.
  •  One of the falls has a rope swing that you can swing on and then jump off into the natural pools below. The next Waterfall has jumps from 8-40 feet and a natural water slide.
  •  After lunch, we will enjoy a 4×4 trek deep in the mountains to arrive at arguably the most magnificent waterfall in all of Costa Rica.
  •  When conditions are right, you’ll have the option of cliff jumping from 10, 20, 30 or 45 feet into the deep pool at the base of the 80′ falls. During this tour you will be deep into the Costa Rica Rain Forest. The first 2 locations have a 5-minute hike to the falls, and the last hike is only 15 minutes.
