- At Costa Rica Waterfall Tours, we are committed to providing you with an extraordinary experience that we guarantee the quality of our service. We value the relationship we have with each guest and want it to be mutually rewarding and last a lifetime. While some companies will fill tours with as many as 50 people at a time we tend to limit our groups to about 16.
- Below are the guidelines if you must cancel your adventure:
- Cancel before 24 hours of pickup: No Refund
- Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing full travel insurance to cover you for any cancellations, delays, medical bills, medical evacuation, loss/damage or theft of property, etc. If you choose not to get travel insurance Costa Rica Waterfall Tours will not be liable or responsible for any costs, problems or events that happen before, during or after your vacation. Some Travel Insurance is included on certain credit cards so it’s worth checking to see if you’re already covered by your credit card.

While some companies will fill tours with as many as 50 people at a time we tend to limit our groups to about 16. As you can imagine we do regularly turn people away as we fill up our tours.- Below are the guidelines if you must cancel your adventure:

After a short drive from Jaco beach, you will arrive at our base camp. Let’s hop in our 4×4 safari vehicles and drive up the mountain over 1000′ to get to our private reserve. Your guide will stop along the way to point out interesting flora and fauna and the incredible views of the ocean and countryside.
- After a short (5-minute) downhill hike, we will start our adventure through the river. We will hike up the river using trails and bridges that criss-cross the river, allowing us to enjoy multiple smaller, interactive waterfalls and natural pools. There are 4 different swimming holes and many waterfalls to get under. These natural pools will invite you to swim in the fresh mountain spring water and submerge under the falls for an invigorating massage. For the more adventurous, there are a couple of places you can jump into the pools from 4′ and up to 25′! When you are done we have the 10 minute hike back to the truck. During the entire tour we are totally surrounded by beautiful Costa Rica virgin rain forest.

- At a height of over 1,000 feet, we reach our private reserve. After a 5-minute downhill walk, this Jaco waterfall tour truly begins! We hike up the river using trails and bridges that criss-cross the water, allowing us to enjoy multiple smaller, interactive waterfalls and natural pools.
- On this exciting Jaco day trip, there are four different swimming holes and many waterfalls to get under. These natural pools will invite you to swim in fresh mountain spring water and submerge yourself under the falls for an invigorating massage. For the more adventurous, there are a couple of places you can jump into the pools from heights of 4 feet and around 25 feet!
- When you’ve quenched your thirst for adventure, we make the 10-minute hike back to the truck. During the entire tour, we are surrounded by the beautiful Costa Rican virgin rainforest. Bring your camera to capture all the amazing experiences. Your guide will keep it in a dry bag and make sure it stays safe.
