  • a. Booking Process: We have partnered with a trusted third-party service to handle our booking process. Upon initiating a booking, you will be redirected to a secure platform to complete the reservation.
  • b. Deposit Requirements: At Meet Bosnia, we do not impose any deposit requirements for bookings. However, please note that some services may necessitate pre-payment or require different payment terms, which will be communicated during the booking process.
  • c. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards such as Mastercard®, Maestro®, and Visa. Additionally, we provide a pay-on-arrival option for added convenience.
  • d. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies are specific to each tour or service and are outlined in the respective tour or service description. Reviewing the cancellation and refund policy applicable to your chosen booking before making a reservation is essential.
  • 4. Creditcard purchase security statement
  • The confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for the prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
  • This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between the user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.
  • Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.
  • Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
  • Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchants and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
  • 5. Currency conversion statement
  • All payments will be affected in BAM currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion according to the current exchange rate of the local National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

  • Transfer from Sarajevo to Belgrade with visits to Visegrad, Andricgrad and Drvengrad offers you not only a cozy transfer between the two places, but also the opportunity to explore interesting places in East Bosnia and Serbia. We will visit Visegrad - a small town located in the valley of the Drina river, famous for the UNESCO protected Old Stone Bridge, the endowment of Grand Vizier Mehmed Pasha Sokolovic.  Just nearby this famous bridge there is another tourist attraction - Andricgrad also known as Kamengrad. Andricgrad is a project of a famous film director Emir Kusturica, inspired by works and characters of a famous writer, Nobel prize winner, Ivo Andric.  We will also visit - Ethno Village Drvengrad. Drvengrad means wooden town and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. It's a traditional village, built by the aforementioned film director Emir Kusturica. You can also enjoy in Mokra Gora the most unique Sargan Eight ride - an old-fashioned narrow-gauge railway.
