- Welcome to Punta Cana City Tours! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and the website of Punta Cana City Tours (“…”). By booking a tour or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- 2. Booking and Payments
- All tours must be booked and confirmed with payment made in full unless otherwise specified.
- Acceptable payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and other electronic payments.
- Prices and availability of tours are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
- 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the tour date will receive a 90% refund.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Certain tours may have special cancellation terms which will be explicitly stated at the time of booking.
- 4. Liability and Insurance
- The Company is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, damages, loss of personal property or other losses incurred during the tour.
- It is strongly recommended that travelers have adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
- 5. Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during tours.
- The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour for endangering the safety or comfort of others, without a refund.
- 6. Changes to Itinerary
- The Company reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to weather conditions, safety issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If significant changes are necessary, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
- 7. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected from participants is used only to fulfill the booking and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- 8. Intellectual Property
- All content provided during tours, including guides, text, photographs, logos, and images, are owned or licensed by Punta Cana City Tours and may not be reproduced without permission.
- 9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, legal proceedings under the jurisdiction of the local courts where the Company is based.
- 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Company’s website and will be effective immediately.

- You are welcome to book your transfers, your tours, and pay your invoice later via a PayPal link receive by email or direct message with a live agent at Punta Cana City tours.
