- MEETING POINT: Please meet at our starting location at 757 Beach Street, SF CA 94109 at Umbrella Alley in Fisherman's Wharf. Please arrive early to ensure you are at the correct departure location. It is extremely important that you are punctual. Late arrivals and no-shows will forfeit their tour spots and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING: The weather in San Francisco is unpredictable, so we suggest bringing a windbreaker and dressing in layers. We do have blankets available on the vehicle. Please leave bulky backpacks at home. All personal items must be stored in your lap. Large bags, bulky items, luggage, strollers, folding wheelchairs, and walkers will not fit inside the Tuk Tuk.
- CHILDREN ON TOURS: Each child must have a seat and be assigned one of the 6 available seat/seatbelt positions. We are not set up for rear-facing child seats for infants. Children are not allowed to be seated on laps.
- LANGUAGES: Tours are conducted in English.
- WEATHER: Our tours run in fog, wind, and light/medium rain. Average summer temperatures are in the 50's. All of our vehicles have blankets and ponchos aboard. Our top priority is passenger safety, so in the event of a huge rain storm, we will cancel the tour and provide you with a refund or reschedule.
