If you need to cancel or move your tour date please call us at 606 668-9930. We do charge a rebooking fee to receive a gift card (can be used to rebook your tour for a later date – can be used at a time of your choosing when you know what new date you would like to reserve) or to move your reservation to a different date immediately. The rebooking fees are:

7 or more days before your tour – $10 fee

1-6 days before your tour – $25 fee

Day of your tour – $50 fee

No shows are not eligible for rescheduling, gift card.

Guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to their tour time.

In respect for our other guests the shuttle bus transporting participants to the start of the zip tour cannot be delayed.

We reserve the right to decline any person as a tour participant if the person’s behavior, health, or mental condition impedes the operation of the tour.; Up to 24 hours before the beginning of the activity: full refund

Know Before You Go: avoid loose clothing or accessories, closed-toe shoes appropriate for hiking are required, please be at the red river gorge zipline office no later than 30 minutes prior to your tour’s scheduled departure
Know Before You Book: all guests must be in reasonably good physical condition., kids under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/adult during the tour, must weigh between 70-250 lbs, ziplining is not for those with recent joint or bone injuries, heart conditions, or pregnant women.
