- • All visitors over the age of 11 will be required to wear a mask in the palace, please make sure to bring your own mask to the meeting point or access will be denied. Social distancing rules and preventive measures must be respected in the palace.
- • From April to October you’ll enjoy either the awe-inspiring fountain show or the incredible Musical Gardens event. When neither show is available, you will have free time to explore the Gardens at your own pace.

- *Fountain Show is running from April to October on Saturdays and Sundays
- **Musical Garden Show is running from April to June and from September to October on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. While from July to August is running from Tuesday to Friday.

- On tours canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer our customers a credit voucher for the full value of the tour. Tours cannot be canceled with less than 24 hours notice. We are unable to provide compensation for cancelations with the 24 hour window prior to your tour departure, nor can tour dates or times be amended. Bookings made with the 24 hour window are final.
