- Our tours run rain or shine (so please dress accordingly). We only cancel tours in the event of unsafe weather conditions (which has happened once ever since we launched this company in 2021). Should it occur again, you will of course receive a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to change the tour route in case of unexpected circumstances.
- If you wish to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund (minus the 6% booking fee which is non-refundable) with more than 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time (Prague local time) will be charged full price.
- If you wish to reschedule the tour within 24 hours of the scheduled departure (Prague local time), please contact us at [email protected] to check our availability. Should we have places available, you'll be charged a rescheduling fee of 30 EUR/person. Please note that Prague City Adventures does not guarantee to reschedule any tour less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. No refund is provided for any unused portion of a tour.

At the foot of the Charles Bridge we will board a boat for a 45 minute tour of the river given by one of the captains. Snacks and 1 beverage in included in the ride. After the ride we will take a scenic walk through the area known as Little Quarter to a Czech restaurant serving delicious Czech dishes. After the meal we will ride a tram (tickets supplied by the guide) to the magnificent Prague Castle where your guide will tell you some of the tales of the castle. Your tour ends here where you can return with your guide or explore more of the castle on your own. Please note, we only book up to 12 guests for our tours ensuring a small, more personable tour.
