  • In case the reservation is rescheduled to a later date, the amount already paid is guaranteed but also the rescheduling of the reservation will not have any additional cost.
  • In case of cancellations made up to 24 hours before the starting time of the Van Tour, a refund of 100% of the amount paid is guaranteed.
  • In case of no-show or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the starting time of the Van Tour, there will be no refund.
