This is our most popular tour from Paris for a reason. Experience the incredible story of D-Day with an expert guide with our signature one day tour from Paris to Normandy.After an early direct train from Paris to Bayeux, clients are met personally at the rail station by our guide. Then it’s off to Sainte-Mère-Église, the site of the pre-dawn parachute drops. Next you’ll visit both Utah and Omaha Beach, then Pointe du Hoc, site of the famous Ranger climb. After lunch, you’ll visit Arromanches Harbor and then it’s a final stop at the American Military Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer, timed for Taps whenever possible.This is a small group excursion with eight persons maximum per tour. Meals are not included but time for lunch is set aside along the beautiful coast in a quaint town.

Take a one day trip from Paris to see the American sector of the Normandy landing beaches. Leave Paris in the morning via rail and meet your guide in Caen (the capital of the Normandy region). Essential historical background is covered in your morning at the Memorial de Caen museum, where you also have a 3 course lunch featuring local Normandy ingredients. The afternoon features an excursion via minivan to see Arromanches Harbor, the Pointe du Hoc, and the American cemetery and visitor center and Omaha Beach.

start your day with a train ride from paris gare st. lazare to caen. after meeting your guide at the rail station you'll experience a guided tour of the memorial de caen museum to learn about d-day and normandy under the german occupation. afterwards, you'll enjoy a three-course lunch at the museum.next, you are off to experience the american highlights of the d-day invasion. you'll see the remains of the artificial harbor at arromanches, the cliffs at pointe du hoc, and finally you'll visit the awe inspiring american cemetery at colleville-sur-mer and omaha beach.you'll be dropped off back at the caen rail station in time for your evening train back to paris.
