Know Before You Go: no beverages are served on the boat., restrooms on board do not accommodate a wheelchair., you can bring your stroller when checking in.; beverages for children and adults are available from santa’s bar in the festival before boarding the boat. drinks can be brought onto the boat; no beverages are served on the boat., the boats that we use for santa cruises are accessible for boarding the boat but the restrooms on board can not accommodate a wheelchair. there are accessible restrooms at pier 290 restaurant. we appreciate knowing ahead if you have special needs so that we can make accommodations., you can bring your stroller to the christmas tree festival building when checking in to pick up tickets 30 minutes prior to your boat’s departure. we will put your stroller aside safely until your return if there isn’t room on the boat for it.

Black Point Estate was built for Chicago Beer Baron Conrad Seipp in 1888 as a retreat, and in that spirit the home remains a place to relax, refresh, and explore. Just like the Victorian VIPs who established the estate, you’ll arrive in style and enjoy stunning Geneva Lake views on your cruise to this magnificent mansion, considered one of the finest examples of period architecture and furniture in the Midwest, and one of the oldest homes in Lake Geneva.

After a 45-minute narrated boat tour from Lake Geneva to Black Point, visitors will take a guided tour of the first two floors of the mansion and the exterior grounds which will last approximately 1½ hours. The return trip to Lake Geneva by boat will also include a narrated tour.
