- 24 hours or more prior to excursion date - date changes, subject to availability
- Less than 48 hours prior to the tour date, as well as no-shows and late arrivals - Changes and/or refunds do not apply
- Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling us toll-free from the US and Canada at 1-888-526-2238 or from Puerto Vallarta at (322) 226 8413. All changes are subject to availability.

- an additional $100-peso conservation fee ($50-peso conamp + $50-peso bahia unida) per person will be collected at check-in. a portion of the proceeds goes toward local surveillance and conservation of the islands., children ages 12 and up are considered an adult., due to federal regulations and in an effort to protect the flight path of endemic birds, drones are prohibited in this tour.
