  • bring snacks, and a water bottle (water can be filled at our office), gloves – for hand protection, waterproof is best, please arrive one hour early to check-in and get set up, there are no bathrooms in the backcountry, though facilities are available before and after your tour , waterproof rain jacket required, rain pants recommended
