Not wheelchair accessible, This is a small-group tour limited to 15 participants maximum, We will be visiting a church during the tour, so please make sure to have knees and shoulders covered, otherwise you may be denied entrance into the sites, This is a walking tour, so comfortable shoes are recommended

You will have a one-hour break to grab a quick lunch after your first tour.
After the lunch break, the second part of the tour will start from Piazza della Signoria, by the equestrian statue of Cosimo de' Medici. Please check the start time of the afternoon part with your guide on the day, and arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the beginning of the tour.
Please note that large bags, backpacks, luggage and tripods cannot be brought into the Accademia or Uffizi Galleries. There is no coat check or space at the Accademia Gallery to leave your belongings and at the Uffizi Gallery there is a coat check at the entrance, however the tour ends in a different area. Therefore, we encourage you to leave such items and anything similar at your hotel.
• Guests arriving after departure time cannot be accommodated, & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
• Mandatory: Everyone is required to carry a copy of the identification page of their passports on all tours. A photo of the first page of your passport saved on your smartphone works as well.
• The tours involve a fair amount of walking and sometimes stairs and uneven terrain; comfortable shoes are always recommended.
• Depending on the size of your group, headphones may be used for some tours. In this case, headphones will be provided. You may use your own earphones if you wish.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any walking impairments that require special assistance on our group tours. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
• We will be subject to a security check at the entrance to all sites. Depending on the volume of visitors, we may have a short wait in the security line.
• We will do everything within our power to ensure timings and itineraries are respected, however, due to issues beyond our control, timings and sites are subject to last minute changes on rare occasions.
