  • CHAMPAGNE CRUISE OPTION: To redeem your voucher for cruise tickets, visit the “Vedettes de Paris” ticket booth anytime on the day you booked/the following day, within the supplier’s opening hours (note: November-March, the last cruise departs at 5pm). You may also take your cruise before your Eiffel Tower tour. The “Vedettes de Paris” ticket booth is located on the Port de Suffren. GPS coordinates: 48.858895, 2.291908.

  • On tours canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer our customers a credit voucher for the full value of the tour. Tours cannot be canceled with less than 24 hours notice. We are unable to provide compensation for cancelations with the 24 hour window prior to your tour departure, nor can tour dates or times be amended. Bookings made with the 24 hour window are final.
