- For any cancellation, the following fees will be deducted from the refund:
- > Up to 24 hours prior to departure: no cancellation fees except the booking fees.

- All semi private tours depart on time. Clients should present themselves at the allocated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the tour. Driver/guide will not wait unless Ophorus has been previously informed that the client will be late with a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes. Beyond that waiting time, tours will depart and Ophorus cannot be held responsible for clients missing their tour.
Operator strictly adheres to its cancellation policy and will make no exceptions to the policy. If Guest chooses to cancel his or her reservation, Operator must receive written notice of said cancellation in writing via certified mail, fax or e-mail sent to [email protected] (with confirmation of receipt from Operator), and Guest shall be subject to the following cancellation fee schedule:Ophorus requires full payment by credit card, internet payment (through our website) or wire transfer (Wire transfer fees at the charge of the Guest) to make a reservation. We accept payment by AMEX, Visa and Master Card. First stop in a traditional CellarYour first tasting will take place in a historical cellar that has kept its ancient vaulting. Here we will introduce you to the wines of Burgundy during a commented tasting session guided by a knowledgeable guide. The wine tasting session includes red and white wines including Premiers Crus.Second tasting in a family owned propertyAfter your first tasting, it will be time to move on to our second visit and tasting of Burgundy wines. Arrive at a family owned property that has been established for a number of generations. This is where we will have you taste the Great Pinots Noirs of the wine producing region. Spiritual region for the Pinot Noir, young Burgundy wines are usually of a silky texture with typical raspberry and cherry aromas, refreshing acidity and soft tannins. With time and ageing, the wines become more complex and develop interesting aromas such as jam fruits to gamey, tobacco or truffle and even forest floor or undergrowth.After a commented tasting at the winery, we will move on and begin to make our way back to Dijon. En route, we will make a short stop in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. Drop off in Dijon at meeting point and end of our services
