Cancellation notes: In case of event cancellation by the client, Douro Tours reserves the right to apply the following charges:

- 40% of the estimated event value for cancellations made in writing up to 30 days before the event date.

- 90% of the estimated event value for cancellations made in writing up to 8 days before the event date.

- 100% of the estimated event value for cancellations made in writing less than 7 days before the event date.
