  • In the event of cancellation, we will refund any payment made to the Agency (in the case of any cancellation fee, if applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

  • Refunds, terms of return, and complaints
  • If the trip is not feasible on the day that your reservation is valid due to factors such as unfavourable weather conditions, engine breakdowns, etc., we provide a complete refund. The evaluation of the feasibility of the trip and the final decision are made by the captain.
  • In case of complete failure to provide the service for any reason whatsoever, the customer shall be reimbursed for the full amount that has been paid in advance for the service in question.
  • Insurance
  • For the entire duration of the trip, insurance is valid for the consequences of accidents and injuries, excluding any harm or damage caused by the consumption of food and beverages that are not included in the price of the trip.

Swimming and snorkelling on the most stunning Adriatic beaches are essential components of the tour. Blue Shark is leaving the Riva Promenade.
