• cancel up to 48 hrs prior to tour, recommended to book 2 weeks in advance, typically, rain or shine

Cancellation notes

• You must cancel your Big Island ATV tour and Polynesian wood carving tour 48 hours prior to your tour. Groups larger than 6 are required to cancel 7 days prior to their tour. Any “no shows” or late cancellations will not be given a refund. Remember, due to the nature of our tours, scenery and weather may change without notice and any adjustments or cancellations may occur at any time. Please call us for availability.
