Explore the living quarters, the compound walls, the church, and ultimately learn how these missions left a lasting impact on San Antonio’s culture.
Once you have finished exploring at the San Antonio Missions National Historical Park you will head back to downtown San Antonio to take an enchanting cruise through the city on an electric barge! Take in the world-renowned 15-mile urban waterway on a relaxing, 35-minute River Walk cruise to connect with the city’s culture, history, and architecture. While on the cruise you will pass multiple points of interest such as the city’s very first neighborhood - La Villita, the Old Mill Crossing, and Selena’s Bridge where Tejano superstar Selena Quintanilla Perez was proposed to in the biopic Selena, played by world-famous actor/singer Jennifer Lopez.
Finally, for the thrill-seekers - take an elevator ride up 750 feet to the top of the Tower of Americas to take in the best spectacular views of the city, taking in the stunning panoramic views of San Antonio from new heights at the observation deck.
- Once your feet are back on the ground, your tour guide will safely take you back to your downtown hotel, or arranged destination.
