  • Customers will receive a full refund with 45 days prior notice of cancellation. Customers will receive a 50% refund when cancelling with less than 45 days prior notice of cancellation. No refund will be given when cancelling within 48 hours of the tour departure. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price. We also offer trip protection for an extra fee of 15% of the tour that allows you to cancel free of charge anytime.
