There, we will contemplate what was considered by National Geographic Magazine as the 3rd most beautiful panorama in the world.

  • It is impossible not to give in to the charms of the alleys of the Historical Centre, one of the most beautiful and well preserved in the country, either due to the beautiful armored façades or the precious tile panels, constituting an authentic compendium of the history and tradition of Portugal. Right in main square, we will visit the National Costumes Museum, which gathers a collection of historical clothing and costume accessories from the 18th century to the present.

  • The day starts at 9:00 with a meeting at your hotel in Braga and you’ll head towards the beautifull green region of Portugal, title given to this region due to the fertility of its soils that confer a vivid green colour to the landscape as far as your eyes can reach.
  • We will head towards Viana do Castelo, a city located between the river, the ocean and the mountains. The rich history of this wonderfull city will be explained while we walk through medieval streets, blue tiled churches and traditional jewelery shops where we will find the famous "Coração de Viana"
  • Then, we continue to Ponte de Lima, considered the oldest town in Portugal and a gastronomic reference of the country. 
  • Here, you will be guided through the pitoresque streets, narrow alleys and the ancient bridge.
  • This will also be the moment to enjoy traditional lunch at a local restaurant (included).
  • After lunch you will have some of the most beautifull landscapes, from the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, crossing the mountains of the National park of Peneda-Gerês, following the river Lima you will have the oportunity to witness the atmosphere of a small town - Arcos de Valdevez
  • The tour will end at your hotel at 18:00
