In Merzouga, you will enjoy the big lake in the middle of the desert (Dayet issrej). in rainy days , the lake is full of a variety of immigrating birds like the pink flamingos.
The trip will, the continue to the Gnawa village of Khamlia where you are welcomed by the gnawa people (people who was once slaves as the stories says) will welcome you with Berber whiskey (Moroccan tea) and gnawa music. After Khamlia we will be heading to the panoramic views of the golden dunes in the borders between Morocco and Algeria and will have lunch under the tamarisk trees before visiting the nomads and their families. The trip is not just for seeing and enjoying life but you will also learn about different Berber cultures in this splendid land and discover the volcanic rocks in this virgin land.
