Hida-Osaka Shower Climbing (Canyoning)!!

《Itinerary》

- Meet us at Osakana River Base at 9:30 AM.

- Finish the sing-up, listen to the instructions, and get dressed.

- Get in the car and leave for the river. (It approximately takes15 minutes.)

- Enjoy shower-climbing and canyoning tour for 2 hours.

- Head back to the Visitor Center at 1:10 PM.

- Change clothes and the whole program is over.

《What to bring》

- Swimsuits to put under the wetsuits

- Changing clothes, towel, flip-flops.

* Wet suits, wading shoes, helmets and gloves are prepared by 216WORKS

The biggest wetsuit we provide is the height 190cm, the waist 95cm, and the smallest one is the height 140cm, the reference weight 25kgs. The size range of shoes we provide is from JPN 22cm to JPN 30cm. Please contact us if your size is out of the above ranges. The sizes we provide are limited.

Hida-Osaka is accessible both from Takayama in 40 minutes by train or bus or car. The area is surrounded by mountains and forests. It's the best choice for those who are looking for the off-the-beaten path and forest bathing experience in Japan.

Riding on a train south from Hida-Takayama for 30 minutes, or north from Gero Hot Spring for 20 minutes.  Hida-Osaka spreads at the west foot of an active volcano, Mt. Ontake, of which altitude is 3067 m (9000 ft).  The river water of Hida-Osaka is very clear due to the huge amount of water sweeping out from the deep forests of the mountain. Hida-Osaka Shower Climbing is a canyoning-like adventure that you can swim in rivers, dive into waterfall basins, and enjoy the natural water sliders! With all the gear provided by us, you can enjoy Hida-Osaka much more than you imagined!

You don't have to worry about gears. All gears are prepared by 216 WORKS.

Just bring your bathing suites and flip-flops.

Hida-Osaka is situated 40 minutes south from Takayama, and 40 minutes north from Gero either by train or bus or car. It's the best choice for those who are looking for the off-the-beaten path experience in Japan.
