The Glacier 3000 is a must see!!!
It was one of the highlights of our Swiss travel in the Montreux area this year 2026. Amin( I hope I spelled it right?!) was the driver and tour guide for our 13 member group. He’s an absolute gem of a guide. Very professional , courteous , funny , engaging and knowledgeable. You better ask for this guy when you book this day tour. I have traveled a lot and I will rate him Excellent!!! As for the experience , the Tissot Peak Walk is a Must. I’ve done other Alpine activities and the thrill of walking that bridge with zero visibility when the clouds rolled in is just thrilling. The pick up in Montreux is on time and the MB sprinter ride is just the right fit for that zig zag drive up into those Swiss mountain. Amin needs a raise Viator management ! He drives like a real pro !

Glacier 3000 truly delivers a fun, unforgettable alpine experience and is so easy to reach for anyone, especially those staying in nearby places such as Gstaad or Montreux. A huge thank you to our incredible private guide, Aristotle who made the day seamless, informative and extra special.
Excellent day @ glacier 3000
We had a great day going up glacier 3000. Cable car, chair lift, glacier walk, toboggan run and walking across bridge was excellent. Our guide Normunds was brilliant. Would highly recommend.
Very good but expensive
This was a really good half day out, from Montreux it was not a full day. The guide was brilliant and had wine and snacks waiting for us when we came down the mountain. The 3 stars are for the cost, £360 for 2 people for half a day is a lot of money, like most things in Switzerland expensive is the norm. Still a good experience
Glacier 3000
Our time up top of Glacier 3000 was too short for the money paid. We only had two hours up top which is very rushed to go on the chairlift to walk on the Glacier, do the toboggan run, do the peak to peak walk and go to the view point. Paid $561 Cdn for the tour.
