Our trip was canceled and never received notification until we arrived.
Our trip was canceled. Which we didn't know about until we checked in with Amid. Amid gave us a couple options that we could do from full cancelation to taking another available excursion. We did choose a different excursion that Amid was Guiding.
Buyer Beware, Stay Far Away From Swiss Tours!!!!! Thieves!!!!
Worst experience ever! Do NOT trust this company!! They lie, steal and cheat!!! We booked this tour many months ago and found out as we were checking in on the bus the morning of the tour they cancelled my tour and put me on a different one without my consent. We were told “get on the bus or go back to the hotel”. As this was our last day in Zurich we had no choice but to take the tour but they told us one price and were told we would be refunded for the difference. Funny how the compensation/refund was only $106 when it was supposed to be closer to $250. Reached out to Viator who said they stand behind their vendors and let them decide if a refund is necessary. Of course this lying, cheating company who likes to steal denied any refund over the $106. Tour was a joke! Go with Best of Switzerland Tours over Swiss Tours!! Swiss Tours are thieves where Best of Switzerland had great tours, great guides and great prices. Our guide sat and watched movies on his iPad for 2 hours rather than doing his job! Everyone we talked to on this tour was unhappy. Consider yourself warned, stay far away from Swiss Tours!!!!!!

An incredible Cable Car ride through the monrañas. Wonderful view. A great choice for brunch at a 360 restaurant overlooking the Alps

Breathtaking place. The driver was great and the minivan was comfortable so the drive to and back was very relaxing
Schilthorn and Bond
They should know that they’re coming to Schiltorn for the breathtaking views but it is disappointing for 007 fans. Most of the interactive activities were not working. Even the gimmick in the bathroom were not there anymore. The cardboard cutouts were so beat up. Very few merchandise on 007. It seems management does not care about it.
