Full Day Tour to Machu Picchu from Cusco

Receive an early morning pickup from your Cusco hotel, after which you’ll be transferred to the train station in Ollantaytambo, where you’ll travel by train to the city of Aguas Calientes at the foot of Machu Picchu. From there you’ll proceed on a final bus ride up the hill to this famous UNESCO World Heritage site.

Spend the next two hours discovering this sacred Inca city with the help of a guide, stopping to check out key landmarks including the Circular Tower, Main Plaza, Royal Quarters, Temple of Three Windows, Sacred Sun Dial, and much more. After your guided exploration you’ll enjoy plenty of free time wander around this extraordinary destination on your own, returning by bus in the late afternoon back down to Aguas Calientes.

Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, you’ll proceed back to Ollantaytambo by train, after which you’ll be transferred back to Cusco’s Plaza de Armas in the late evening.
