Join up with your guide in central Florence. Leave the city by air-conditioned minivan traveling west into the Tuscan countryside. Stop in the town of San Miniato, the truffle capital of Tuscany, whose surrounding woodlands are home to the rare Italian white truffle.

Meet your truffle-hunter guide and his dog for a walk through the woods in search of the precious delicacy. Follow the dog as he sniffs the ground to locate the prized fungus.
